  • Own end-to-end payroll processing for international operations across multiple markets.
  • Oversee global payroll system setup and ensure timely jurisdiction-specific payroll runs.
  • Maintain payroll data integrity across HRIS, payroll, and finance with controls and audit trails.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll laws and filings across jurisdictions (PF/ESI/Tax/CPF).
  • Prepare or coordinate statutory payroll filings and employee tax documentation (e.g., Form 24Q, Form 16, W-2/1099).
  • Monitor regulatory changes and update payroll processes accordingly.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8-12 years of progressive payroll experience, including at least 4 years in senior payroll management role.
  • Proven experience managing multi-country payroll in multinational environment (technology/payments/fintech).
  • Strong knowledge of Indian payroll legislation and statutory requirements, with exposure to at least one international jurisdiction (US/UK/Singapore/SE Asia).
  • CPP or FPC payroll certification.
  • Experience with equity administration platforms such as Carta, or ESOP/RSU.
