📋 Description

• Define and execute a people analytics strategy for data-driven decisions.
• Lead HR data governance, quality, and stewardship across systems.
• Partner with HR Ops, HRBPs, Tech, and Finance to strengthen data foundations.
• Build and maintain executive dashboards and workforce scorecards.
• Define key metrics across planning, talent, mobility, rewards, compliance.
• Evolve analytics from descriptive to predictive and drive adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7+ years in people analytics or related HR data functions.
• Hands-on HRIS experience; UKG Pro preferred.
• Experience implementing HR data governance, data quality, or reporting programs.
• Strong understanding of core HR functions: planning, talent, compensation, benefits, compliance.
• Advanced workforce reporting, trend analysis, dashboards, and insights.
• Experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
