📋 Description

Establish core People reporting (headcount, attrition, hiring)
Define and standardize key workforce metrics
Create scalable dashboards for leadership
Deliver regular and ad hoc analyses for hiring and retention
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
Support workforce planning with data-driven decisions

🎯 Requirements

8+ years in People Analytics or BI
Proven track record building/improving reporting capabilities
Experience with fragmented or evolving data environments
BI tools: Tableau, Power BI, Domo
Strong SQL and data manipulation skills
HRIS experience with Workday, UKG, Rippling; AI/automation tools in analytics
