🎯 Requirements

7+ years of progressive HR and People Operations experience.
Experience in fast-paced, high-growth technology organizations.
Global people and talent initiatives across geographies and time zones.
Translate business strategy into people strategy and drive alignment.
Hands-on design and implementation of talent programs.
Comfortable with HRIS, data analytics, and HR tech; Workday preferred.
