Senior Manager, People Experience

📋 Description

• Serve as dedicated HRBP for global R&D org, build trust with leaders
• Advise managers on org design, role clarity, and team dynamics
• Lead headcount planning and workforce strategy with TA
• Manage cross-functional employee relations for US-based staff
• Ensure ER actions documented per employment law across states
• Lead HRIS readiness: job architecture, data quality, leveling

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years as HRBP
• Experience supporting a technical, engineering, or R&D org
• Deep employee relations experience: investigations, separations, documentation
• Strong knowledge of multi-state US employment law
• Partner with TA on offer strategy, equity review, and manager enablement
• SHRM-CP/PHR or SPHR; PE-backed tech experience preferred
• Experience with HRIS/ATS: Lattice, Greenhouse, ADP
