Senior Manager - People Operations

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end HR operations: contracts, onboarding, offboarding, payroll liaison, benefits, and records.
• Ensure 100% compliance with Kenyan labour laws and data protection obligations.
• Own policy development, HR audits, and documentation to maintain compliance.
• Digitise HR records using HRIS and build monthly dashboards on headcount, turnover, and hiring velocity.
• Lead high-volume recruitment and onboarding frameworks to drive time-to-hire.
• Drive performance cycles, leadership development, and coaching for senior leaders.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years in HR/People & Culture; 2–3 years in a senior HRBP/HR Manager role.
• Proven record in disciplinaries, restructures, high-volume hiring, and Kenyan law.
• Hands-on HRIS experience (BambooHR, Hibob, Sage HR, or similar).
• Fintech/financial services or high-growth tech startup exposure preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• Relevant local HR certification is a strong advantage.
