Senior Manager, Physical Therapy

📋 Description

• Lead multiple Physical Therapy teams and ensure high-quality, technology-enabled care is delivered
• Translate department strategy and OKRs into clear execution plans, allocate resources across teams
• Lead through 5–7 PT Managers, coaching them to improve performance and velocity while holding them
• Own execution of the PT operating model including workforce and capacity planning, performance
• Partner with leaders across Clinical Operations and cross-functional teams (Product, Commercial

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in healthcare management, clinical operations, or a related healthcare
• Experience setting operational objectives and work plans, managing resources and labor costs, and
• Experience partnering across multiple clinical disciplines and functions, influencing other senior
• Experience leading complex organizational change, including adoption of new technology, AI-enabled
• Experience leading a large (50+ clinicians), distributed, or remote clinical workforce is preferred.
