📋 Description

• Lead two teams: Platform Developer Enablement and SRE.
• Set clear goals, hire and mentor engineering managers.
• Define platform roadmap aligning tech investments with strategy.
• Champion DevOps, automation, and IaC best practices.
• Oversee platform design and operation for product teams.
• Drive scalable, resilient, and secure platform architecture.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5+ years senior-level experience as Software/SRE/Platform Eng.
• 5+ years management experience; coaching proven.
• Deep SaaS/cloud experience (AWS preferred).
• Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD (GitOps, ArgoCD).
• Go or Java programming; code reviews.
