🎯 Requirements

12+ years of product management experience in payments, finance, or transactional companies
Proven product management experience with deep understanding of stakeholder needs
Strong interpersonal skills: able to push back, ask questions, and challenge others while creating
Experience working directly with non-product teams such as legal, tax, compliance, risk, and
Direct experience working with Engineers
Startup experience: comfortable with fast pace, changing needs, and limited resources
