📋 Description

• Own 24x7 incident response, SaaS operations, and change management.
• Direct deployment and fleet operations across thousands of VMs, with weekly releases.
• Build succession and development plans for two technical domains.
• Advance AI-powered automation to reduce toil in remediation, releases, and tooling.
• Partner with engineering, product, security, finance, and support to align priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years engineering, 3+ in leadership overseeing incident response, release ops.
• 24x7 production ops for customer-facing systems; on-call rotation & escalation.
• FedRAMP or regulated environment with continuous monitoring & audits.
• Enterprise cloud: AWS, AWS GovCloud, GCP; Azure a plus.
• Distributed infra fleets: VMs, containers; production SaaS support.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; US citizen on US soil.
