Senior Manager, Policy Communications - LUS & Social Impact

📋 Description

• Lead policy, LUS, and social impact communications.
• Collaborate with Policy, Legal, Gov Affairs, LUS External Affairs, and Social Impact.
• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and external stakeholders.
• Manage rapid response for high-priority policy issues.
• Shape speaking opportunities and thought leadership in policy.
• Align communications with Lyft's strategy and brand voice.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in comms with policy, government affairs, or social impact.
• Proven track record delivering policy campaigns at tech firms or large orgs.
• Knowledge of rideshare/mobility policy; driver classification and safety.
• Urban mobility or transit comms is a strong plus.
• Exceptional written and verbal communicator under deadline.
• Established relationships with policy and tech press.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Policy, or related field.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced env.
