Senior Manager, Policy & Governance

📋 Description

• Own the enterprise policy governance program and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee policy lifecycle: creation, reviews, approvals, exceptions, versioning, governance.
• Collaborate with policy owners, risk, compliance, legal, and business teams to execute policies.
• Support governance activities for executive committees and board meetings; prepare materials and
• Ensure governance reports are audit-ready for regulatory reviews and internal/examinations.
• Improve governance processes for scalability and risk management efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in policy management, ERM, governance, or compliance in regulated financial environments.
• Experience managing enterprise policy governance frameworks and lifecycle administration.
• Experience supporting board meetings, risk committees, and executive governance.
• Ability to create executive/regulator-facing documentation and reports.
• Knowledge of regulatory expectations and governance standards in financial services.
