Senior Manager, Policy & Governance

📋 Description

• Lead the enterprise policy governance program and policy library.
• Oversee end-to-end policy lifecycle: reviews, approvals, exceptions.
• Partner across Risk, Compliance, Legal for policy development.
• Manage materials and records for Board and Risk Committee meetings.
• Ensure governance docs and reporting are audit-ready.
• Build and mentor a small Policy & Governance team.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years in policy management, governance, ERM, or compliance.
• Experience owning an enterprise policy governance framework and lifecycle.
• Experience supporting Board, Risk Committee, or senior exec governance.
• Experience producing regulator-facing governance docs with high accuracy.
