Senior Manager, Pricing Strategy

📋 Description

• Own monetization strategy, pricing models, levels, and discounts.
• Lead monetization initiatives, incl. consumption-based billing changes.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Ops to define monetization.
• Define near-term and long-term monetization strategies; drive executive decisions.
• Lead analyses and present recommendations to senior leadership and Board.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years pricing experience in strategy consulting or B2B SaaS.
• 4+ years pricing leadership at enterprise SaaS.
• Advanced analytics: customer/competitor research and financial modeling.
• SaaS pricing across self-serve and sales-led GTM for SMB to enterprise.
• Build executive relationships; lead cross-functional initiatives without authority.
• Pricing research methods: Conjoint, Van Westendorp; Qualtrics.
