Senior Manager, Procurement

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end sourcing, vendor management, and procure-to-pay across CH operations.
• Oversee end-to-end RFP processes, draft SOWs, score responses, and run bids.
• Manage high-value indirect spend with emphasis on healthcare and corporate categories.
• Build procurement function with oversight across Finance, Legal, Tech, and operating teams.
• Collaborate with teams to assess systems and manage renewals and RFPs.
• Maintain spend and contract master data; advise on contract renewals to optimize terms.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years procurement experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency with advanced P2P software and data analytics tools (e.g., Excel).
• Deep understanding of HIPAA and healthcare compliance.
• Exceptional negotiation, financial modeling, and vendor analysis with a track record of cost savings.
• Strong cross-functional partnerships with senior leaders, internal clients, and external vendors.
• Experience purchasing large orders of hardware, software licenses, and SaaS.
