• A record of strong results and increasing responsibility in procurement, finance, operations
• Experience leading and developing people, setting expectations, and addressing performance issues.
• Strong commercial judgment: you can negotiate, weigh tradeoffs, and influence people with competing
• The ability to analyze spending and financial data in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools and
• An understanding of financial controls and how purchasing, invoices, and payments fit together
• Experience taking an unclear problem, building a workable process, and getting people to use it.
