8+ years in product or UX design with data-heavy B2B SaaS/fintech portfolio.
4+ years of formal people management, distributed multi-timezone teams.
AI Literacy: hands-on GenAI tooling to optimize product workflows.
Systems Thinker: design for non-linear journeys and AI states.
