Senior Manager, Product Design, Platform

📋 Description

• Drive strategy and execution for the Admin platform in close partnership with Product and
• Work directly with customers, research, and usage data to design workflow configuration, knowledge
• Tie roadmap to customer outcomes such as faster rollout, wider adoption, and evidence of ROI
• Define Harvey's design system as product decisions, encoded as patterns that product teams inherit
• Set the craft bar across interaction, systems thinking, content design, and visual execution
• Build governance model for design system adoption and deviation calls

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10+ years in Product Design
• 5+ years directly managing product designers
• Experience owning a design system at real scale, including getting it adopted
• Experience designing and shipping AI-powered or highly technical products
• Strong portfolio showing leadership of complex products from concept through launch
• Fluency with AI tooling in own practice and a real opinion about its impact
