📋 Description

  • Own the strategic vision and multi-year CPQ roadmap to scale with Rubrik's growth.
  • Serve as senior CPQ owner; align Sales, Rev Ops, Finance, IT, and Product.

  • Define and govern the CPQ operating model with scalable processes and data standards.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in Sales Ops/Rev Ops/Deal Ops with CPQ expertise.
  • Proven ability to build and scale CPQ platforms in high-growth SaaS.
  • Strategic thinker with financial acumen; translate pricing and GTM to CPQ.
  • Expert-level Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick) proficiency; guide architecture.
  • Led large-scale systems and process transformations across Sales, Finance, IT, and Product.
  • Executive presence; influence C-suite and drive strategic decisions.
