Senior Manager, Product Operations

📋 Description

• Lead operational planning across product and support to improve efficiency
• Own and scale systems like Intercom, SOPs, and content integrations
• Drive readiness for new product launches with Product, Engineering, and Support
• Embed AI and automation tools into workflows and measure impact
• Design cross-functional programs to mature operational rigor
• Analyze data to define KPIs and inform decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years in Product/Technical/Business Ops at a high-growth tech company
• Design and implement operational systems and cross-functional programs
• Experience with Intercom, Zendesk, or similar tooling
• Familiarity with AI tools and automation in workflows
• Strong analytical skills; dashboards and KPIs
• Based in NYC or willing to relocate; authorized to work in the US
