Senior Manager - Product Partner Operations

📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of Partner Operations Specialists across Banking and Expansion product
• Build durable operational frameworks to scale Mercury's product partnerships.
• Improve documentation, knowledge management, and communication systems to reduce dependencies.
• Drive organizational change initiatives and adopt new processes, tooling, and operating models.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Customer Support, and
• Establish and evolve performance metrics for operational health, partner experience, and team

🎯 Requirements

• Have 7+ years of experience leading operational programs in fintech or similarly regulated
• Have 3+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong track record partnering with Product, Engineering, Design, and executives to drive strategic
• Be relentlessly curious and understand how organizations work before driving change.
• Experience leading operational change management across many stakeholders.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with a belief that documentation is a strategic
