Senior Manager - Product Red Team

📋 Description

• Lead and build Product Red Team to emulate attacks on customer instances.
• Establish ROE, engagement templates, and escalation procedures.
• Conduct adversary emulation, vulnerability research, and exploit development.
• Design offensive operations across kill chains and realistic attack paths.
• Mentor and manage a global offensive operations team across time zones.
• Collaborate with Product Security leadership on approvals and findings.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years offensive security; 5+ years leading ops teams.
• Background in covert offensive cyber operations (intelligence/military) or contracted.
• Expertise in threat actor emulation and MITRE ATT&CK.
• Exploit development and PoC creation; persistence and evasion.
• Cloud infrastructure testing (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS; kill chain analysis.
• Published security research or tier-1 security conference talks (preferred).
