Senior Manager, Product Security

📋 Description

• Lead and scale a modern product security program in an AI-forward engineering environment.
• Define strategic direction, architecture risk decisions, and technical execution for product
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, Legal, Compliance, and execs to embed security
• Use AI and automation to expand security coverage and reduce manual work.
• Build scalable guardrails and secure-by-default practices for cloud-native, multi-tenant products.
• Lead vulnerability management, incident response, and post-incident improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in application security, product security, or related security engineering; experience
• 5+ years of people management or technical leadership.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and prioritize risk-based investments.
• Deep knowledge of modern app security, secure architecture, threat modeling, OWASP Top 10, and
• Experience with AI/automation in security (LLM-assisted code review, automated triage, agentic
• Experience securing AWS and containerized infra (Docker, Kubernetes).
