📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Professional Services team across NOLA.
• Set clear direction, raise standards, and strengthen capabilities in consultative thinking, process
• Build a culture of ownership, accountability, autonomy, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain strategic proximity to key accounts and delivery teams, stepping in directly when senior
• Develop stronger distributed leadership across PMs and senior team members, increasing autonomy
• Act as a senior advisor to enterprise customers, helping them understand and improve complex

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience in management consulting, Professional Services, business/process
• Experience in management consulting, process advisory, internal controls, risk, or process
• Strong experience with enterprise customers and complex transformation programs, ideally involving
• Proven ability to analyze ambiguous problems, understand end-to-end processes, and translate them
• Ideally, hands-on experience in Operations, Finance Operations, Accounting Operations
• Strong executive presence and the ability to engage senior stakeholders and C-level customers.
