• Proven experience managing senior technical professionals in services with coaching.
• Expertise in platform engineering, SRE, infrastructure, or software development to guide direction.
• Experience running consultative engagements linking tech work to business goals.
• Experience with presales: discovery, scoping, estimation, risk assessment.
• Ability to operate in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities.
• Experience building repeatable delivery methods like playbooks and standards.
