  • Direct management and development of the Programmatic Accounts team
  • Lead a high-priority portfolio of agency, trading desk, brand, and DSP relationships
  • Partner with Sales to identify revenue expansion opportunities within accounts
  • Act as a player-coach, mentoring account management staff and scaling best practices
  • Monitor bandwidth and advise on campaign transitions and optimizations
  • Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Design to drive platform innovation for clients

  • 5+ years continuous programmatic experience with data and account management
  • 3+ years in client-facing/account management with revenue retention and expansion
  • Proven track record managing accounts through market highs and lows
  • 1-2 years leadership/mentorship experience preferred
  • Expertise in DSPs, ad exchanges, ad servers, and optimization platforms
  • BA/BS degree in numeric, technical, or commercial field
