• Own global PS project portfolio health, status, risk, and commercial performance.
• Own PS delivery methodology & engagement tiers (SureStart).
• Deliver real-time dashboards; weekly executive briefings.
• Define PM competency framework; lead training and community.
• Accountable for PM function revenue, margin and utilisation.
• Lead AI, automation & continuous improvement to boost time to value.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior leadership experience in project management and PMO in SaaS/enterprise software.
• Build governance frameworks at scale: methodology, tooling, and quality gates.
• Experience with productised PS frameworks and tiered PM service models (SureStart).
• Experience driving AI adoption and automation within PMO.
• Commercial acumen: PM decisions drive margin and revenue.
• Strong data & analytics capability: reporting, predictive models.
