📋 Description

• Be strategic in setting up the implementation function for future growth, bringing in
• Develop and execute implementation strategies that align with organizational goals and client
• Oversee the end-to-end implementation process (from partnering with Sales through launch
• Implement best practices and standardize processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Synthesize learnings from the clients and internal teams to inform our go to market, as well as our
• Develop and manage the implementation of prescription digital treatments (SleepioRx, DaylightRx)

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare implementation or operations, including hands-on practice or
• Degree(s) in business, project management, healthcare, public health or a related field. Master's
• Former or currently licensed healthcare or behavioral health provider preferred (e.g., Licensed
• Experience implementing or optimizing billing and revenue cycle workflows (e.g., charge capture
• Working knowledge of payer reimbursement policy, procedure coding (e.g., HCPCS/CPT), and appeals
• Experience coordinating with health system IT, revenue cycle, and compliance teams to navigate
