• Lead and develop public policy campaigns aimed at mitigating risks, promoting growth and advancing
• Lead, develop and execute the public policy strategy, concentrating mainly on influencing the
• Represent Airbnb in associations, meetings, and events with government, elected officials and other
• Develop communications, local stakeholder engagement strategy and partnership programs; establish
• Research, analyze, distill and synthesize ordinances and bills and effectively articulate Airbnb’s

🎯 Requirements

• At least 10+ years experience with direct legislative lobbying and working in public policy in a
• Experience in direct government relations and public policy advocacy at the local and state levels
• Ability to quickly get up to speed on complex technical and regulatory issues
• Ability to manage multiple projects and navigate a complex matrix organization with multiple
• Extremely creative; takes an entrepreneurial approach to the work with proven track record
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to resolve complex and unfamiliar problems

🎁 Benefits

• Base pay range $168,000 — $207,000 USD
