Senior Manager, Publications

📋 Description

• Lead Publications Teams in the execution of publication plans for assigned assets
• Oversee the execution of scientific publications (clinical manuscripts, abstracts, posters, oral
• Ensure publication plan alignment with strategic publication plan and Medical Affairs plans
• Partner with Publications Director to align resources and personnel
• Provide managerial oversight to staff, including performance assessment, training, feedback
• Review publications to ensure quality and alignment with Scientific Communication Platforms

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree required; PhD, PharmD, Master's Degree preferred
• Relevant professional certification/credential (e.g., CMPP, AMWA) is a plus
• 4-5 years of medical/scientific publications (or related) experience
• Pharmaceutical industry or related (e.g., medical communication agency) experience
• Demonstrated abilities in a leadership capacity
• Ability to understand and interpret medical data
