📋 Description

• Own and drive the end-to-end QA strategy, establishing quality gates, standards, processes, and

• Proven experience leading QA or quality engineering functions within engineering organizations of
• Strong experience defining and implementing end-to-end QA strategies, quality gates, testing
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing managers, senior technical specialists, principal-level
• Experience scaling QA organizations and developing structures, processes, and operating models that
• Strong technical understanding of complex enterprise software products, including functional
• Experience covering multiple product personas, including developers, business users, and technical
