Senior Manager, R&D Finance

📋 Description

• Lead quarterly forecasting, monthly financial reporting, and consolidation for global R&D.
• Coordinate financial inputs to provide consolidated view of R&D spending and performance.
• Prepare executive-ready reporting packages, variance analyses, and risk assessments.
• Support global R&D budgeting, financial planning, and long-range planning.
• Conduct financial analyses and pipeline valuations to inform investment decisions.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support resource allocation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Life Sciences or related.
• 7+ years experience, including 6+ years in FP&A in biotech/pharma/life sciences.
• Experience supporting global R&D organizations and managing R&D budgets.
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Hands-on experience with SAP, TM1, Anaplan, Hyperion, Power BI, or Tableau.
