Execute Cresco Labs’ real estate strategy across a multistate portfolio
Manage property management and lease administration for existing locations
Support development of new sites and M&A activity
Negotiate commercial leases and manage landlord relationships
Coordinate with corporate development, legal, construction, and operations teams

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 7 years commercial real estate experience
Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, or related discipline
Experience negotiating commercial leases and landlord relationships
Strong organizational, quantitative, writing, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with minimal oversight
Willingness to travel 20% of the time
