Senior Manager, Recruiting

📋 Description

• Build and lead a high-performing recruiting team for IT and Supply Chain.
• Own full-funnel recruiting from intake to offer and handoff.
• Lead senior/hard-to-fill searches with senior tech leaders.
• Design and execute hiring strategies across multiple functions/levels.
• Use data and dashboards to improve pipeline, capacity, and time-to-fill.
• Champion candidate experience from first touch through onboarding.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting focusing on technical roles.
• 4+ years leading and developing recruiters/sourcers with coaching.
• Experience scaling recruiting processes in pod-based or embedded models.
• Comfortable with data and tooling: Greenhouse, ATS/CRM data, TA dashboards.
• Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem or similar CRM, and Greenhouse ATS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
