📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters by setting clear expectations, providing thoughtful
• Own the recruiting strategy for EMEA, aligning regional hiring plans with business priorities and
• Partner with Technical and cross-functional leaders to translate hiring plans into scalable hiring
• Influence Director and VP-level stakeholders through recruiting data, market insights, and

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading full-cycle technical recruiting, with a track record of hiring for
• 5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing recruiting teams
• Deep knowledge of the EMEA talent market, with experience hiring in the UK, Poland, and Spain
• Experience developing and executing hiring strategies in new or emerging markets where recruiting
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence, advise, and build trusted partnerships
• Strong analytical skills, with experience using recruiting data and market insights to shape hiring
