Senior Manager, Release & Program Management

📋 Description

• Be Wrapbook's Release Manager: own release across EPD, Client Ops, GTM.
• Lead as a player-coach: mentor TPMs and stay hands-on in releases.
• Drive cross-team communication and alignment; prepare release notes.
• Measure and improve release impact; define metrics to refine launches.
• Drive program execution; collaborate with EPD to prioritize initiatives.
• Support key accounts: oversee programs for critical customer accounts.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years leadership in Release Management, Program Management, QA or Product Ops in SaaS.
• Demonstrated success as a player-coach with hands-on ownership.
• Strong track record of executing complex cross-functional programs from alignment to launch.
• Experience with incident management tools (e.g., Linear, PagerDuty).
• AI fluency; comfort using Claude, Copilot, or Cursor to accelerate work.
• Customer obsession and ability to bridge departments with clear communication.
