🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in operations, resource management, capacity planning, or program
• Experience in EdTech, publishing, or education is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, communications, or a related field (or equivalent
• Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail across data structures and tracking
• Proficiency with data management, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
• Proven ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders and balance cross-functional
