Execute the Commercial Framework in day-to-day client work with a structured approach.
Track, analyze KPIs, budgets, and performance trends for optimization decisions.
Prepare performance analyses, uplift arguments, and business case inputs for discussions.
Explain CF methodologies, test logic, and uplift calculations with stakeholders.
Translate customer strategy into actionable performance and retail measures.
Support migration of offline/print activities into digital retail offerings.

🎯 Requirements

3-5 yrs in consulting with operational exposure, or 5-8 yrs in retail/FMCG.
Strong brick-and-mortar retail knowledge: assortments, store structures, POS.
Experience in trade marketing and commercial strategies; retail media is a plus.
Solid analytical skills: KPI tracking, budgeting, data-driven recommendations.
Structured performance methodologies and support for commercial decisions.
High ownership, stakeholder management, and fluent German/English.
