Senior Manager - Retail Travel Distribution

📋 Description

• Lead and grow Luxury Escapes’ Retail Distribution channel across Agent Hub, independent agency
• Manage a team of three BDMs and collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Operations, Product
• Own and execute the Retail Distribution strategy and channel performance against financial targets
• Develop high-value partnerships and onboarding, negotiating commercial terms
• Improve onboarding, booking workflows, CRM, reporting and commission management with Product/Tech

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in retail travel, affiliate, agency or B2B distribution
• Proven commercial judgement balancing growth, margin and partner economics
• Ability to identify, negotiate and grow high-value partnerships
• Experience building or evolving a distribution channel or commercial model
• Understanding of travel tech: CRM, booking workflows, reporting, commission management
• Data-driven with ability to translate insights into action
