Senior Manager, Revenue Accounting

📋 Description

• Own the operational execution of the revenue accounting function, ensuring accurate, timely, and
• Lead and develop a team of Senior Revenue Accountants, setting clear expectations and coaching for
• Drive the revenue month-end close process with consistency and efficiency
• Partner with the Director of Revenue Accounting to shape strategy with operational insights
• Oversee scalable revenue processes, policies, and internal controls; drive AI/automation adoption

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of accounting experience, including revenue accounting at high-growth companies
• 5+ years of people management or leadership experience
• Strong ASC 606 knowledge with hands-on application
• Experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
• Excellent communication to translate complex topics for non-accounting partners
• Builder mindset with ability to create structure and scalable solutions; CPA preferred
