Senior Manager, Revenue Accounting

📋 Description

• Serve as the subject matter expert for revenue recognition under ASC 606 and provide practical
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue close processes, including accurate and timely
• Prepare clear technical accounting whitepapers and memos for complex revenue transactions and serve
• Oversee day-to-day revenue operations across billing, collections, and customer inquiries, and
• Partner with Business Platform, Engineering, Sales, Legal, Deal Desk, Finance, and FP&A to
• Manage, mentor, and develop the revenue accounting team while setting clear expectations for

🎯 Requirements

• You have 5+ years of combined experience in public accounting (Big 4 preferred), and revenue
• You have experience directly managing or leading accounting professionals and building a team
• You bring deep knowledge of ASC 606, order-to-cash accounting, revenue operations, and the control
• You have hands-on experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite and revenue engines or billing tools
• You have partnered with IT or Business Platforms teams on billing platform upgrades, system
• You write clear technical accounting memos and have the ability to communicate complex issues to
