Senior Manager, Revenue Accounting

📋 Description

• Lead technical accounting assessments for Ads products and arrangements.
• Own and evolve Ads revenue accounting policies as products and pricing evolve.
• Establish governance for new products and accounting decisions.
• Translate accounting conclusions into requirements for product, billing, data, and reporting.
• Own cadence for incentive/makegood accounting, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Partner with product, engineering, data, finance, sales, legal and tax on launches.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in revenue accounting, including ASC 606 judgments.
• Demonstrated leadership to set direction and influence stakeholders.
• Experience with digital advertising, adtech, marketplaces, or high-volume transactions.
• Strong command of variable consideration, principal-versus-agent, contracts mods, incentives and credits.
• Track record building scalable accounting processes, governance, and controls.
• Clear, concise written and executive communication with audit-ready documentation.
