Senior Manager, Revenue Accounting & Operations

📋 Description

• Own revenue recognition under ASC 606, incl. performance obligations and close.
• Serve as primary SME on ASC 606 and ASC 340-40.
• Partner with Technical Accounting on complex arrangements, new products, acquisitions.
• Own royalties accounting: accruals, partner reconciliations, OEM/reseller settlements.
• Oversee contracts org: review agreements, validate terms, set up billing and revenue schedules.
• Manage amendments, renewals, and modifications ensuring proper accounting and system accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA strongly preferred
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Deep expertise in ASC 606 and ASC 340-40
• SaaS revenue accounting experience incl. subscriptions/recurring revenue
• Experience leading accounting or revenue operations teams
