Senior Manager, Revenue and Billing Assurance

📋 Description

• Lead DigiCert's global revenue and billing assurance function, establishing clear ownership
• Develop and maintain an end-to-end assurance framework covering contract setup, order booking
• Partner with Finance Systems and IT to improve the integration of CRM, CPQ, contract-management
• Lead user-acceptance testing and operational-readiness activities for system implementations
• Support acquisitions and business integrations by standardizing revenue and billing processes
• Review complex and nonstandard customer arrangements to identify billing, operational, and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional
• 8 or more years of progressive experience in billing, revenue operations, quote-to-cash, accounts
• 3 or more years of people-management experience, preferably leading geographically distributed
• Experience supporting a global technology, SaaS, subscription, or recurring-revenue business.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end quote-to-cash processes and the relationship between customer
• Working knowledge of revenue-recognition principles, including ASC 606, and their application to
