• Lead revenue cycle initiatives from discovery and assessment through implementation, driving
• Conduct comprehensive operational reviews, workflow assessments, and root cause analyses using key

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business, Finance, or a related discipline; equivalent
• At least five years of experience in revenue cycle management, healthcare operations, healthcare
• At least two years of experience in a leadership, supervisory, or team lead capacity, with
• Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations, financial performance improvement, revenue
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate complex operational challenges, conduct root cause analyses
• Strong project management capabilities, including planning, implementation, milestone tracking
