🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, or a related go-to-market function
• Demonstrated experience managing, coaching, and developing enablement professionals, ideally
• Proven track record of building, scaling, or significantly transforming an enablement team
• Strong ability to translate business strategy into actionable enablement roadmaps, programs, and
• Experience supporting complex or evolving sales environments, particularly helping teams transition
• Deep understanding of seller development, including capability building, experiential learning
