📋 Description

• Build and lead the team. Hire, coach and develop a team of Revenue Marketing Managers across
• Own the Public Sector marketing strategy. Develop and own the field and channel marketing
• Partner with Sales and Channel leadership to build joint pipeline generation plans and
• Guide your team in localizing corporate campaigns to maximize relevance and impact for federal
• Oversee budgets, calendars, and timelines across your team's programs to ensure efficient, on-time
• Establish reporting standards using tools like Marketo, Salesforce, and Sigma, and coach your team

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of B2B marketing experience in field, channel, or demand generation roles, including
• Demonstrated success building and leading a marketing team that executed programs generating
• Ability to coach a team on measuring, analyzing, and reporting performance metrics across the
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across sales and cross-functional leadership.
• A self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills and comfort operating in a fast-paced
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
