2-3 years at a top-tier consulting firm, or equivalent experience at a high-growth tech or
Systems thinking
Cross-functional presence
Comfort with data
A habit of asking why a process exists and finding the evidence for a better one
Ability to turn messy inputs into a clear, decision-ready point of view under time pressure
