Senior Manager – Risk & Regulatory (She/ He/ They)

📋 Description

• Advise banks and other financial institutions on regulatory and risk matters, translating
• Support clients in preparing for and responding to regulatory engagements, including interactions
• Lead regulatory assessments and remediation engagements, identifying gaps, defining target-state
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance and
• Lead client engagements and contribute to the growth of Capco’s Risk & Regulatory offering

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in risk, regulatory or compliance advisory within financial services, gained
• Strong knowledge of the Polish and European financial services regulatory environment, with
• Practical experience supporting regulatory interactions, supervisory reviews, regulatory
• Strong advisory and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to communicate complex
• Experience leading consulting engagements or complex regulatory initiatives, including managing
• Direct experience working with, or supporting engagements involving, KNF or other European
