8+ years of experience across sales compensation, incentive compensation systems, analytics, or
Directly owned or administered an enterprise incentive compensation platform
Strong analyst with ability to structure ambiguous questions and validate complex calculations
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, experience with Tableau or Snowflake, SQL preferred
Ability to build executive-ready presentations, experience with Canva preferred
Understanding of sales compensation design and operations at scale
